Please email [email protected] if you wish to return your order, providing your Order number, the list of returned items, and the reason for the return. Within 14 days, you will receive a Returns Authorization if your return is approved, along with further instructions on how and where to return the products.


Returns conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear, damages, or alterations.
  • Ensure to include all item boxes, pouches, notes, and everything else that came with your order if you wish to return it.
  • If the product‘s original packaging is ripped, torn, unable to be reused, or missing, your item will not be eligible for a return.
  • Returns can only be accepted from the country to which the order was originally shipped.
  • Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded by Flamond in case of returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or you can opt to receive store credit for the refunded amount, redeemable on future purchases.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.
